Framing is almost done. Dave has been working nonstop on this most of the weekend and will be ready to sheath and roof it this week. He didn't get much done Saturday because I was gone all day. I actually had the whole day to myself and went to the annual homeschool conference. Lots of good infornation, interesting people and I bought some cool stuff. I found a great geography game for $4. and a sentence building linking blocks thing. It has little cubes ,like the counting blocks that snap together, a total of 380 words so it's pretty neat. Emily loves it.
Busy week this week. Mom will be here Saturday so trying to get things ready. I hope everything goes well. I probably won't relax until she is back home. She sounds so weak and frail on the phone. Could be quite the week.
Sarah has a job interview at the photo place at Pennys this afternoon. I hope she gets it. She really needs a job.and since she loves photography this might be something she would enjoy. She has been doing so well with her college classes. I'm so proud of her. And damn that girl walks! Miles and miles she has been walking. I think its doing her alot of good and I should follow suit and get off my ass and do it too.
Hard to believe Alison is going to be 2 soon. Check her out in her little frog towel. Absolutely horrid shot of me but what are you going to do. I meant to select the other shot but I'm stuck with this one unless I want to delete the whole god damn thing.

That's not a playhouse....that's the house the girls are moving into after they're grown! Holy shit are they the luckiest kids or what?!?
I love the froggy towel, we have a puppy one and my kids love that thing (even the eldest that can't really fit into it anymore).
Thanks for your thoughtful comments. I worry so much about my girl, it's nice to be reminded that this is not a solitary occupation......
Remember, it's only a week, it's only a week! I'll trade you, I usually get mother hell for a month at a time! Good luck and enjoy your visit!
